Each item is made by hand and to order. Every order is processed in which the order it is received.
Items ship within 2-3 weeks from purchase.
Shipping on custom, altered or one-of-a-kind pieces may have a longer ship out date.
An email will arrive when your order ships with your packages tracking information. Make sure to check your SPAM account; e-mails sometimes end up there.
We do not refund for lost or stolen packages nor are we responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
We accept all major credit cards through our safe and secure server. All Illinois residents will be charged 9.25 % sales tax upon checkout.

Care for Jewelry
Due to the nature of materials, hand painted oxidization treatment and hammered finished items -slight variances in color and finishes may vary in your jewelry. Please expect the color, tone and texture of your piece to vary slightly from the items depicted in photographs.
Bronze is an alloy consisting primarily of copper and will tarnish or patina when exposed to harsh elements. Please do not expose the jewelry to exercise and excessive water.
Clean your jewelry with warm water, mild soap and a soft cloth.
Credits, exchanges and refunds are excepted 6 days after the item is received. All sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping costs in the event of a return or exchange. Shipments should be sent with a confirmation number (via email to firstname.lastname@example.org) and shipped back in the same condition that the creation was received in. Shipments should also be sent back in same packaging that it was received in. We suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. To expedite your return and for purposes of security we recommend FedEx or UPS, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
Items sent for exchange or to be returned should have prior notification or items will be sent back to sender without exchange or return.
Custom, altered and one-of-a-kind pieces are non refundable, eligible for return or exchange.
