Shipping and Other FAQ

Do you offer rush shipping?
We do not offer RUSH shipping/ express or overnight shipping at this time. Each piece is hand crafted with care so please plan ahead and order early, or feel free to purchase a GIFT CERTIFICATE on our website to print out the voucher. Gift certificates are just as good as the real thing and they never expire.

How do I purchase my new jewels?
We accept all major credit cards through our safe and secure server. All Illinois residents will be charged 9.75 % sales tax upon checkout.

Will you make a one-of-a- kind custom piece just for me?
Yes! Absolutely! Feel free to contact us via email: dallas@dallasmaynard.com or via phone: 312.388.5988 for all custom inquires.

How long does it take before I can expect shipment?
Each item is made by hand and to order, and is processed in the order in which they are received. Items ship within 3-4 weeks from purchase.
Due to the nature of materials, hand painted oxidization treatment and hammered finished items -slight variances in color and finishes may vary in your jewelry. Please expect the color, tone and texture of your piece to vary slightly from the items depicted in photographs.

Please note: Custom pieces my take long than the normal 3-4 weeks.

Do you offer a return if I changed my mind?
We do not offer money back, but we would be more than happy to offer you a in store credit that never expires. Return the item in its original condition within 14 days for store credit, less shipping costs. To receive a store credit based on purchase price of the item(s): All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. The merchandise must be in sellable condition with tickets attached. All sale merchandise may not be returned after 7 days.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return the item in its original condition within 14 days for store credit, less shipping costs. To receive a store credit based on purchase price of the item(s), merchandise must be in sellable condition with tickets attached. Sale merchandise must be returned within 7 days. All returns of web merchandise must be sent to: DALLAS MAYNARD Attn: Web Returns. Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue you store credit and you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your return has been processed. We suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. To expedite your return and for purposes of security we recommend FedEx or UPS, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. Item must be sent back with its original packaging and with receipt of purchase.

Custom/altered/personalized items are non-returnable/eligible for exchange or store credit. Items returned for store credit without prior notification will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

SHIPPING
A phone number and address is required to ship.

If there are any errors in the information that you provide, there may be shipping delays. PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. DALLAS MAYNARD ships from CHICAGO – so if you are located nearby, we recommend using FedEx Ground for the fastest delivery! DALLAS MAYNARD processes and ships orders Monday thru Friday, 10 am – 6 pm, except on holidays.

Shipping within the US: Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for $8. Allow 3-4 weeks for order fulfillment and delivery.

Outside the US: International orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail for $15. Please allow 3-4 weeks for order fulfillment and delivery. Please note that certain pieces may require additional lead times. Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country's specific requirements.

Tracking your package: An email will arrive when your order ships with your packages tracking information. Make sure to check your SPAM account; e-mails sometimes end up there.

We do not refund for lost or stolen packages nor are we responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
